It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in water environment restoration. With a series of high-quality funds including Xi'an Aerospace Investment Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Fosun Group becoming company’s shareholder,SPRING has launched a dual-engine development model of "technology & capital", helping the company become a continuous creative supplier of comprehensive water environment solutions. 

Based on sewage/sludge treatment and comprehensive treatment of water environment,SPRING has built a complete value chain service system covering consulting, research, development, design, implementation, investment and operation management. 

Since its establishment,SPRING has successfully completed more than 160 new-built and upgrading projects of sewage plants, accumulated nearly 8 million tons/day of treatment performance (up to Nov 2019) with MBBR, super-efficiency separation, advanced oxidation and anaerobic ammonia oxidation as the core technologies.

MBBR process can effectively meet the needs of continuous retrofit and capacity expansion of domestic sewage plants; anaerobic ammonia oxidation can achieve efficient treatment of sewage with low carbon consumption. Thermal hydrolysis of sludge can effectively achieve energy balance in sewage plant and solve the problem of sludge treatment. 

SPRING owns complete intellectual property rights of core technologies. Based on independent research and development of core technologies, with the purpose of comprehensively solving water environment treatment problems, the company has introduced, absorbed and developed new water treatment technologies to provide comprehensive water environment solutions by constantly improving the technical system, and combining with the actual situation in China.
