Invited by the authoritative media of the drainage industry,our company recently delivered keynote speeches on the engineering application of MBBR process under the low temperature and high standard in the north at several large conferences in the drainage industry, introducing the engineering application progress of the third generation MBBR process that our company is continuously researching, developing and optimizing.
Mr. Men Yanhui, the vice president of our company, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony and published a keynote report entitled “Engineering Application of MBBR Process in Low Temperature and High standard in the North of China”. Our MBBR process has been widely used in the low temperature areas of northern China. In recent years, the upgrading of projects named Urad Middle Banner, Hohhot Princess House, Xinxin Ban, Zhanggaiying and Baotou Wanshuiquan has been implemented in Inner Mongolia, and established the demonstration base of MBBR Technology application in the severe cold area.
The Tianjin Gangdong upgrade project reflects that the MBBR process can not only achieve high-efficiency nitrification under low-temperature, but also has a good removal effect on TN. The effluent TN of MBBR process section can stably reach the Jin A emission standard.
The biochemical and advanced treatment unit of Haicheng Xiliu Wastewater Treatment Project adopts our MBBR process and ultra-efficiency separation technology, respectively. The C, N and P of effluent can reach the S-IV. The project saves the land of the sewage plant and achieve the goal of low operating costs and simple operation management.
Taking the MBBR process package as the core, our company has also expanded integrated equipment business, giving full play to the advantages of biofilm adaptation to water quality and volume fluctuations. SPR integrated equipment is very suitable for the requirements of decentralized wastewater point source treatment, realizing stable effluent and easy operation and management.
Based on more than 160 wastewater treatment plant projects with MBBR process completed by our company, and the project accumulation of sewage treatment capacity is nearly 10 million tons/day, our company has continuously to invested in research and development in the MBBR process for many years, and deeply explored the mechanism of MBBR process. On August 13th, 2019, the Engineering and Technology Achievements Appraisal Meeting was organized by the Science and Technology Development Promotion Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Twelve experts and professors including Academician Qu Jiuhui gave an international leading assessment to our company's “moving bed biofilm enhanced simultaneous nitrification and denitrification denitrification technology”.
In the future, Spring will continue to focus on customers, take innovation as the concept and enhance value with products and services. Our company will continue to apply the MBBR process to more and more fields, and finally , with the core of MBBR and anaerobic ammonia oxidation process , advance to the energy self-sustaining water treatment concept factory .
