The review results of the 2019 China Construction Science and technology award were announced recently. Through the review of the professional group and the review committee, the research topic of "standard technology integration and complete equipment application of urban sewage treatment plant" participated by Qingdao SPRING water treatment Co., Ltd., China Municipal Engineering North China design and research Institute Co., Ltd. and Jiangnan University was awarded the title of "2019 Third prize of China Construction Science and technology award.

       This project is a special sub project of water, which was set up during the "12th Five Year Plan" period of China. In this project, SPRING innovated and developed the fast fishing and transportation equipment for cleaning and maintenance of suspension carrier and the micro power suspension carrier system suitable for the complete mixing pool, completed the integration of complete products, and now has realized large-scale engineering application. It has become one of the main technical routes of biochemical system to load the classical circulating flow pool or innovative micro power hybrid pool by MBBR Process to help domestic sewage plants reach the first class A and quasi surface class IV water standards. At present, the company's Quasi surface class IV water performance has exceeded 1.5 million tons / day, and the engineering technology level and operation effect have been unanimously praised by the industry.

       According to the characteristics of water quality and pollutants of domestic sewage plants, SPRING has carried out research and development and performance improvement of relevant equipment and products urgently needed for urban sewage treatment, effectively solved the technical barriers of imported products, comprehensively upgraded the performance of suspension carriers, improved the integration of MBBR Process Technology and equipment, solved the characteristics of "acclimatization" of imported products, and helped the new sewage treatment plants in China Construction and upgrading.

       "Huaxia Construction Science and Technology Award" is a construction industry science and Technology Award established by the construction system in the form of social forces. The prize setting organization is China Architectural Design and Research Institute, the undertaking organization is the science and technology development promotion center of the Ministry of construction, and the decision-making organization is the Award Committee composed of relevant units in the construction industry.
